Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly? We’re seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll help ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality shipping and receiving processes that support daily warehouse operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, your core responsibilities will include:
● Picking, packing, and shipping outgoing customer orders according to standard operating procedures.
● Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments from suppliers for accuracy and quality.
● Comparing goods against orders, invoices, or bills of lading to verify correct items and quantities.
● Generating labels, processing shipments, and attaching required identifying information.
● Arranging carrier pickups and maintaining inventory of necessary shipping supplies.
● Using pallet jacks or hi-los to safely move materials throughout the warehouse.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all safety procedures, and assist in other warehouse operations as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
