Shipping Supervisor, $25-$28/hour – Norton Shores, MI

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or logistics
- Proficiency with Excel, UPS/FedEx platforms, and shipping documentation
- Familiarity with domestic and international shipping regulations
- Experience with inventory control and material handling
Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of freight rates, tariff codes, and export/import requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
As a Shipping Supervisor, not only will you supervise and coordinate shipping and receiving activities, but you’ll also lead your team in packing, scheduling pickups, managing supply inventory, and maintaining accurate shipment records. You’ll work closely with freight companies and ensure all processes run safely and smoothly. Flexibility to work beyond 5 p.m. is a must to ensure late freight pickups.
