Crate Builder / Shipping Associate, $16.00/hour – Holland, MI
7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Qualifications:
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely
- Prior manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift
Skills:
- Experience using saws, nail guns, and power drivers
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
As a Crate Builder / Shipping Associate, not only will you be cleaning cabinets prior to shipping, building wooden crates, and assembling drawer boxes, but you’ll also help ensure products are properly prepared and protected for shipment. Duties include using saws, nail guns, drivers, hot glue, and trim nailers in a fast-paced production environment. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a long-term fit.
