Job Summary:
Support warehouse operations by picking, checking, and packing customer orders accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area, assist with light cleaning, and work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
Responsibilities:
- Pick single quantities of items using Eaches Pick Slips and lane assignments (e.g., A03, B11)
- Stage items for shipping or fulfillment departments
- Check picked items for accuracy using item numbers, descriptions, and quantities
- Pack items into shipping boxes and verify contents against packing labels
- Stack completed boxes on pallets and move them to staging areas using a hand jack
- Perform light cleaning such as sweeping and organizing workstations
- Assist with restocking, loading customer vehicles, and other warehouse tasks as assigned
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Key Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and twist throughout the shift
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, count)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Regular attendance and reliability
