Location: Holland, MI Pay: $17-$20/hour

What You'll Be Doing
As a Shot Blast & Grinding Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Grinding and finishing materials to prepare them for shot blast and paint
- Inspecting product quality before and during processing to ensure compliance with
company standards - Using hand tools, cranes, and hi-los safely and efficiently
In addition, you will also be expected to follow all company procedures, promote teamwork,
support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Previous experience grinding required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience using hand tools, hi-lo, and overhead cranes preferred
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and blueprints
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills:
- Ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to read measuring tools and tape measures accurately
- Excellent attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude, open-mindedness, and a self-motivated work ethic
