Shot Blast Operator
Location: Holland, MI Pay: $18-$20/hour
Job Summary
Are you a hardworking, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in producing quality results? We're seeking a Shot Blast Operator to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating shot blast equipment to clean, finish, and prepare metal parts for further production or coating, ensuring they meet strict quality and safety standards.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Shot Blast Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating shot blast equipment to remove scale, rust, and other surface contaminants from metal parts.
- Inspecting parts before and after blasting to ensure quality and consistency.
- Loading and unloading parts safely using material handling equipment as needed.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain your workstation, perform basic equipment maintenance, and work closely with your team to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
