Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking
a SIPs Shaper to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and
finishing Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) to blueprint specifications, ensuring each panel
meets the highest quality standards before wrapping and shipment
What You'll Be Doing
As a SIPs Shaper, your core responsibilities will include:
?? Fabricating SIPs using various hand tools
?? Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
?? Maintaining quality standards and performing final inspections
In addition, you will also be expected to operate hi-lo and overhead cranes, assist in
problem-solving, and perform other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
?? High school diploma or equivalent
?? Basic construction skills
?? Ability to read blueprints and measurement tools
?? Woodworking or carpentry experience preferred
?? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills:
?? Skilled in using hand and power tools
?? Effective communication and problem-solving skills
?? Reliable attendance and teamwork with fellow team members
?? Commitment to maintaining quality standards and a clean work environment
