SIPs Shaper/Production Laborer
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $19–$21 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a SIPs Shaper to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and finishing Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) to blueprint specifications, ensuring each panel meets the highest quality standards before wrapping and shipment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a SIPs Shaper, your core responsibilities will include:

● Fabricating SIPs: Shape and finish panels using various hand and power tools according to blueprint specifications.
● Maintaining a Safe Work Environment: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
● Quality Control: Maintain quality standards and perform final inspections to ensure panels meet specifications.

In addition, you will also be expected to operate hi-lo equipment and overhead cranes, assist with problem-solving on the production floor, and perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications

● High school diploma or equivalent
● Basic construction skills
● Ability to read blueprints and measurement tools
● Woodworking or carpentry experience preferred
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

● Skilled in using hand and power tools
● Effective communication and problem-solving skills
● Reliable attendance and ability to work well with team members
