Job Summary
Are you motivated, detail-oriented, and looking for an opportunity to build your skills in a manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a dependable SIPs Shaper to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and finishing Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) according to blueprint specifications while ensuring each panel meets quality standards before wrapping and shipment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a SIPs Shaper, your core responsibilities will include:
● Fabricating SIPs: Shape and fabricate Structural Insulated Panels using a variety of hand and power tools while following blueprint specifications.
● Quality Inspection: Perform final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.
● Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.

In addition, you will also be expected to operate a hi-lo and overhead crane, assist with problem-solving, and perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
● Basic construction skills required.
● Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
● Woodworking or carpentry experience preferred.
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
