Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Skilled Assembler to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our production team, helping assemble high-quality window units used in residential and commercial applications.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Skilled Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
- Glass Installation: Placing pre-cut glass into window frames with precision and care to ensure proper fit and quality.
- Assembly Work: Completing finish assembly of window units, ensuring all components are properly secured and aligned.
- Quality Checks: Inspecting finished products to meet company standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
In addition, you may assist with general production tasks and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
- Previous construction experience preferred
- Must have experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Skills:
- Mechanical Aptitude: Must be mechanically inclined
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy when handling glass and assembling components
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to work with hands and tools efficiently
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and strong work ethic to support team productivity
