Responsibilities:
- Follow blueprints and plans to complete construction and repair tasks.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with accuracy.
- Build and install walls, floors, doors, windows, cabinets, and more.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various structures and fixtures.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Communicate with clients and team members about project needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow building codes and adhere to safety regulations.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong carpentry experience, including framing and finish work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools, saws, drills, and nail guns.
- Solid problem-solving and project execution skills.
- Effective communication and team collaboration.
- Physically capable of lifting, standing, and working in varied conditions.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and job site protocols.
- Solid math skills for measuring and material calculation.
