In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations, helping produce raw materials and finished goods within the packaging industry while supporting efficient and accurate production processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Slitter Operator, your key responsibilities will include operating slitting equipment to produce materials according to order specifications, setting up machines and removing rolls and shafts while maintaining production flow, and weighing and staging materials onto skids for shipment. Additionally, you may be asked to follow work instructions, maintain quality standards, and support overall production needs as required.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications : Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal), solid basic math skills, proven mechanical aptitude, ability to lift up to 70 pounds frequently, ability to work an 8-hour shift handling materials, ability to learn machine setup processes, and normal or corrected vision (not color blind).
Skills: Self-starter mindset to stay productive, accuracy to ensure quality output, ability to read and understand instructions and memos, and problem-solving skills to apply common sense when following written, oral, or diagram-based directions.
