Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Spot Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Muskegon, MI. This position is responsible for operating spot welding equipment to assemble metal components while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate spot welding machines and related production equipment
- Assemble and weld metal parts according to specifications and work instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Load and unload materials and components safely and efficiently
- Perform basic measurements and visual inspections of parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S procedures
- Follow all OSHA/MIOSHA safety procedures, rules, and regulations
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or spot welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
