Location: Belding, MI Shift: 1st Shift 6:00am–2:30pm (typical) Pay: $16/hr

What You'll Be Doing
As a Press Operator, your core responsibilities will include:

- Operate stamping presses (150–400 ton) to produce parts according to specifications.
- Perform die changeovers and setups: align dies, adjust shut height, set feed lines, and verify first-piece quality.
- Read blueprints and setup sheets to ensure accurate production runs.
- Monitor production for both quality and efficiency throughout the shift.
- Operate forklift/hi-lo (training provided).

Qualifications:
- Press operating & setup experience required
- Mechanical aptitude and good hand dexterity
- Ability to read blueprints and measurement tools
- Strong work history and reliability
- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
