Job Summary
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Stamping Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating a stamping press to produce aluminum edging products while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has previous machine operation experience, enjoys working in a production environment, and is comfortable performing physically demanding, repetitive work throughout the shift.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Stamping Press Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating a Stamping Press: Safely operate stamping press equipment to produce aluminum edging products according to specifications.
- Loading and Unloading Materials: Place aluminum materials into the press and remove finished products while maintaining production efficiency.
- Monitoring Product Quality: Inspect parts throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintaining Production Flow: Keep materials organized and ensure production goals are achieved throughout the shift.
- Following Safety Procedures: Adhere to all company safety policies and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
In addition, you will assist with basic machine upkeep, maintain a clean work area, and communicate any equipment or quality concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications
- Previous machine operation or stamping press experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow work instructions and production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and handle 35+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and production equipment.
- Ability to maintain production pace while safely handling materials and finished products.
