Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a hands-on leader with manufacturing experience? We are seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, lead a small production team, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role combines leadership with hands-on production responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing people while staying involved on the production floor.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise and support the 2nd shift production team.
- Manage daily production activities and workflow on the production floor.
- Assist with production duties as needed to meet production goals.
- Coordinate and oversee projects to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding production schedules, priorities, and project requirements.
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support to employees.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
- Previous manufacturing and production leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to assist in production as needed.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with management and team members.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
