Quality Supervisor/Team Lead - up to $24.00/hour – 1st shift – Detroit MI
Preferred Skills:
- Oversee the containment process, responsible for the laborers and the inspection of customer products for the assigned tables or workstations.
- Responsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time (table requirements, paperwork, etc.)
- Ensure end of shift activities are completed such as auditing of paperwork and time sheets along with any necessary communication to the next shift Team Lead
- Provide on-the-job training for any new work instructions when applicable
- Provide input to Manager regarding performance
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or, Associates degree or higher preferred
- 3 years of supervisory experience pris required
- Prior experience in an automotive related manufacturing facility is required
- Must be able to lift to 35lbs
- MUST be able to travel to St. Claire Shores, Warren & Shelby Township when required.
As the Supervisor/Team Lead you will be working
7:30AM-3:30PM (not limited to 8
hrs
only, expect 8-12
hrs
if needed)
and will be
responsible for overseeing multiple sorting, inspection, and rework jobs within an automotive manufacturing facility.
