Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an Assembler to join our team in Belding, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to support a small, family-owned business that manufactures large fiberglass storage tanks for industries including water/wastewater, chemical, food, and agriculture.

In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to support a small, family-owned business that manufactures large fiberglass storage tanks for industries including water/wastewater, chemical, food, and agriculture.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
Tank Assembly
: Attach and assemble accessories onto large fiberglass tanks.
Repair Support
: Occasionally travel locally to repair tanks for existing clients.
Hands-On Work
: Perform tasks that involve standing, kneeling, climbing, and bending.
In addition, you will also be expected to support quality workmanship and follow all client expectations.

Qualifications:
- Must be dependable with great attendance
- Ability to stand, kneel, climb, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to read a tape measure
Skills
:
- Strong reliability to support daily production needs
- Comfort working with hand tools and sprayers
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions
