What You'll Be Doing
As a Team Lead, not only will you be responsible for processing materials and ensuring production standards are met, but you’ll also help maintain a safe, organized, and hygienic work environment. This includes:
As a Team Lead, not only will you be responsible for processing materials and ensuring production standards are met, but you’ll also help maintain a safe, organized, and hygienic work environment. This includes:
- Processing material per company procedures and applicable standards
- Ensuring awareness and compliance with SOPs and safety regulations
- Completing and maintaining production documentation
- Processing materials in a hygienic manner
- Following written and oral instructions accurately
- Managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing deadlines
- Working independently or alongside a small team when needed
- Wearing a respirator and full suit in dusty environments
- Assisting with forklift operation or becoming forklift trained as needed
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow multiple rules and procedures for assigned tasks
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and carry heavy objects
- Ability to effectively resolve problems and overcome roadblocks
- Ability to pass a physical and drug screen before starting
- Ability to read and write legibly
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Prior forklift experience or willingness to learn
- Must exhibit excellent hygiene practices
Skills:
- Planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility with changing priorities and deadlines
- Problem analysis and problem resolution skills
- Production background in pharmaceutical and/or food manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
