Production Team Lead, $18.00-$20.00/hour - Holland

Qualifications:
- Prior warehousing and manufacturing experience is required
- Previous team lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- GED or High School Diploma is required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be flexible in coming in early and staying late
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to coach and mentor members of a team
Skills:
- The Production Team Lead is a working position that has a complete understanding of multiple
work cells - Dependable and maintains an attendance record that exceeds company policy
- High efficiency in assigned production areas
- Assists in training where necessary
- Reinforces training as defined by the work instructions
- Thorough knowledge of inventory management system Pro Source
where applicable - Coordinates and delegates daily tasks to meet production goals
- Supervises specific day-to-day production cell activities assigned by management
- Ensure equipment is adequately cared for, maintained, and lockout procedures are followed
- Keeps a clean and organized work cell
- Ensures production cell opening and closing are correctly completed as required
As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple assigned production cells. The Production Team Lead is typically an individual that is an effective communicator, a self starter, driven for continuous improvement, and has the aptitude of flexibility. The Production Team Lead is considered a liason for the Production Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Leadership. After your time with Workbox, you will be considered for hire-in!
