Job Summary
Are you mechanically inclined with electrical knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills? We're seeking a Technician to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll support the assembly, service, and repair of CNC machinery while providing technical support and training to customers.
This position requires travel abroad approximately one week per month.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
CNC Machine Assembly & Service: Assemble, tune, and repair CNC machines to meet quality and performance standards.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with machinery and equipment.
Customer Training & Support: Train customers on proper machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Shipping & Receiving: Assist with equipment shipping, receiving, and related logistics.
Technical Instructions: Read and follow detailed assembly instructions when building and servicing equipment.
Production & Service Support: Assist with general tasks that support the production and service teams while following established safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Previous experience with CNC machinery, Edgebanders, and Automation Machinery.
Woodworking or cabinet-making experience is a strong plus.
Ability to read and comprehend detailed assembly instructions.
Must be able and willing to travel abroad approximately one week per month.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Previous experience with automation machinery, CNC machinery, and Edgebanders is highly preferred.

Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical ability and understanding of machinery.
Electrical Knowledge: Basic electrical understanding.
Troubleshooting: Excellent ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Computer Skills: Good computer skills.
Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service skills.
Math & Measurement: Basic math skills and ability to take accurate measurements.
Organization: Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs when needed.
