Job Summary
Are you someone with strong mechanical ability, electrical knowledge, and excellent troubleshooting skills? We are seeking a Technician to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly, service, and repair of CNC machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
- Assembling, tuning, and repairing CNC machines – Build and service machines to meet quality and performance standards.
- Training customers and providing support – Educate customers on proper machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Managing shipping, receiving, and diagnostics – Handle equipment logistics while identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
In addition, you will assist with reading detailed assembly instructions, maintaining safety compliance, and supporting general production and service operations.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Previous experience with CNC machinery required
- Woodworking or cabinet-making experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed assembly instructions
- Must be able and willing to travel abroad approximately one week per month
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed
