Job Summary
Are you an experienced TIG Welder with a steady hand and an eye for precision? We’re seeking a skilled
TIG Welder
to join a well-established manufacturing team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality, precision-welded components by executing clean, accurate welds with consistency, control, and craftsmanship.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a
TIG Welder
, your core responsibilities will include:
- Precision TIG Welding:
Perform highly precise TIG welds with smooth, consistent lines, focusing on quality and detail.
- Blueprint & Spec Interpretation:
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications to ensure accurate results.
- Quality & Finish Standards:
Maintain exceptional weld appearance and structural integrity, meeting strict quality standards.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean work area and follow all safety and production guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an
experienced TIG welder
- Ability to consistently weld precise, clean lines with control and finesse
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Skills:
- Advanced TIG Welding Skills:
Required to produce clean, accurate, and visually consistent welds.
- Attention to Detail:
Essential for maintaining high-quality standards on precision parts.
- Manual Dexterity & Control:
Necessary to weld with grace and ease on detailed and delicate components.
