Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder
to join our team on 3rd shift. This is a production welding
role focused on repetitive welding of identical parts using TIG welding equipment. Candidates may also have the opportunity to perform some MIG welding.
Responsibilities:
- Weld metal components using TIG welding based on layout, diagrams, or work orders
- Perform repetitive welding tasks efficiently and with high precision
- Operate welding equipment safely and effectively in a production environment
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
- May assist in other shop tasks as needed
Key Qualifications:
- Past TIG welding experience or welding education required
- Must pass a TIG weld test as part of the interview process
- Ability to interpret welding diagrams or work orders
- Familiarity with safety standards in a welding/fabrication setting
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fast-paced metal fabrication or production welding
- Passion for the art and precision of welding
- MIG welding experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
