TIG Welder/Fabricator -
1st Shift - Up to $28/hr - Brighton, MI

Responsibilities:
- TIG weld high-nickel alloys such as Inconel and Monel with precision and consistency
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols
- Perform MIG and Stick welding as needed
- Assist with general fabrication duties including grinding, fitting, and finishing
- Set up and adjust welding machines per project requirements
- Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications
- Work collaboratively and maintain a safe, clean work environment
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong TIG welding experience with Inconel, Monel, and other high-nickel alloys
- Hands-on experience with MIG, Stick, grinding, and part fitting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- TIG welding certification (AWS or equivalent) preferred, but not required
- Attention to detail, safety-focused, and dependable
- Team-oriented with a flexible attitude toward shop duties
