Job Summary
We are hiring a
Transformer Assembler
to support manufacturing operations in
Troy, MI.
In this role, you will assemble transformer components, operate machinery, and ensure products meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience looking to grow their skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Read and follow work orders and blueprints to determine materials and parts needed
• Operate coil-winding machines to produce small inductors
• Use light machinery such as shears, punch machines, and saws
• Count, stack, and organize materials according to specifications
• Use an overhead crane to move completed components
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required
• 1 year of manufacturing experience

Skills & Competencies:
• Ability to read and interpret winding diagrams and specifications
• Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch
• Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Physical Requirements:
