Transformer Assembler
to join their team. This role offers the chance to work with light machinery and tools while producing quality transformer components.
Shift:
1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend plant directives
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Must be able to read and interpret winding diagrams and blueprints
- Ability to read tape measure markings down to 1/16th of an inch
- Forklift operation certification preferred
- Experience operating light machinery, forklifts, cranes, and scales preferred
Skills:
- Read, comprehend, and execute processes per work orders and blueprints
- Operate a coil-winding machine to wind small inductors for transformer units
- Use light machinery such as fabrication shears, strip steel shears, manual punch machines, and porter saws
- Count and stack steel according to blueprints
- Gather materials and organize transformer cores per specifications
- Safely use overhead cranes to move components off machines
- Operate hand tools, power tools, brakes, and punches
- Stand for extended periods while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
