Transportation & Order Coordinator
Location: Milford, MI | Shift: Full-Time | Pay: $25–$28/hr
Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Transportation & Order Coordinator to support daily customer orders and outbound transportation. This is a 100% office position focused on order entry, customer requirements, shipping paperwork, and scheduling LTL and full-truckload shipments. You will work closely with customers, trucking companies, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
Access customer websites and online portals to retrieve orders and shipping requirements
Enter and review customer purchase orders accurately
Verify part numbers, quantities, delivery dates, and shipping instructions
Prepare Bills of Lading and other transportation paperwork
Schedule LTL and full-truckload pickups with carriers
Communicate with trucking companies regarding pickup appointments and shipping details
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are ready for pickup
Maintain organized shipment schedules and transportation records
Review orders and paperwork for accuracy and correct discrepancies
Respond to routine scheduling questions and transportation changes
Assist with other office and order-processing duties as needed

Previous transportation, logistics, order entry, or office experience is a plus
