Qualifications:

Ability to read factory orders

High School Diploma or GED is preferred

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred

Ability to work overtime as needed

Ability to lift up to 50-80 lbs. repetitively is required
Skills:

Works effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high-quality standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Move packaged items to a truck for shipping; loading trucks in a safe manner

Communicate suspected problems or changes in production/quality to the supervisors as needed
