Truss Builder, $15–$16/hour – Muskegon, MI

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in truss assembly, framing, or construction helpful but not required
- Must bring an orange vest and hammer (22 oz minimum) on the first day
- Strong attendance and reliability highly valued due to fast-paced seasonal demands
Skills:
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, especially hammers and nail guns
- Ability to work on your feet in a production-based environment
- Strong attendance and punctuality
As a Truss Builder
, not only will you be building wood trusses according to blueprint specs using power tools and hand tools, but you’ll also contribute to a clean and safe plant while helping meet seasonal production demands. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term gig or long-term home.
