to support warehouse and production operations by moving, storing, retrieving, and organizing inventory throughout the facility. This position will primarily operate a T
urret Forklift Operator
(narrow aisle forklift)
and work within warehouse storage areas to ensure material flow supports production demands.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating
narrow aisle forklifts/turret trucks
, inventory control knowledge, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Operate a Turret Forklift Operator
to move materials throughout warehouse and production areas
• Pull and stage inventory for production based on pick sheets and schedules
• Retrieve and organize material from designated warehouse (“K”) locations
• Verify quantity and quality of materials before movement and staging
• Use RF scanners to accurately scan inventory and maintain inventory records
• Weigh materials and print labels for warehouse storage and production use
• Organize and stock materials in warehouse and production locations
• Support inventory accuracy and maintain updated inventory records
• Complete production documentation and required communication accurately
• Assist with locating missing inventory and resolving inventory discrepancies
• Conduct routine audits and maintain material handling equipment
• Support forklift operations in other production departments as needed
• Follow 5S standards and maintain clean and organized workspaces
• Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
• Previous experience operating a T urret Forklift (narrow aisle forklift) required
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification
• Experience using RF scanners required
• SAP experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to work weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation required
