Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking an Unloader to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role, you’ll help support production operations by unloading painted parts, inspecting quality, and delivering materials to the appropriate departments to keep production running smoothly.

As a Unloader, your core responsibilities will include:
- Removing painted parts from racks or conveyors safely and efficiently
- Delivering parts and kits to specified departments throughout the facility
- Inspecting painted parts for defects or inconsistencies in quality
In addition, you will also be expected to perform paint touch-ups as needed and conduct paint tests to ensure quality control standards are met.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Ability to lift, move, and carry parts throughout the shift up to 50 lbs
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow quality and safety procedures
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
