Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Warehouse Associate
to join our team in Jackson, MI
. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly by selecting, organizing, and preparing beverage products for delivery to customers.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
- Order Selection & Handling: Accurately select inventory for customer orders, including handling cases of beer and rolling kegs using a pallet jack.
- Pallet Building & Labeling: Stack products neatly to build pallets, shrink-wrap them, verify quantities, and label shipments for accuracy.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace by palletizing orders, restocking supplies, and performing cleaning tasks as needed.
In addition, you’ll be expected to stay flexible with schedules during peak seasons, assist team members as needed, and help ensure efficient operations throughout the facility.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Prior warehousing experience required
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for the full duration of your shift
- Comfortable working in a cooler environment
Skills:
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with others to maintain steady workflow and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accurate order selection, labeling, and pallet organization.
- Adaptability: Remains flexible with changing priorities, overtime needs, and varying schedules based on delivery demands.
