Workbox Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates
in Livonia, MI. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to join a team-oriented warehouse environment. In this role, you will support daily operations by handling shipments, preparing orders, and keeping the warehouse organized and running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
- Shipping & Receiving: Unload incoming shipments and verify quantities for accuracy
- Order Preparation: Hand load pallets and prepare products for outgoing shipments
- Inventory & Organization: Count inventory and assist with organizing the warehouse
- Product Tracking: Scan incoming products and ensure proper documentation
- General Warehouse Support: Assist with additional tasks, including basic forklift operation
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and 20–40 lbs frequently
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Skills & Physical Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work efficiently in a small team environment
- Attention to detail when handling inventory and shipments
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
