Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced 2nd shift warehouse associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, including organizing, palletizing, and packaging products. Additionally, they will have experience with computer systems, specifically Hilo, to document and store files on our company server.
Responsibilities
- Organize, palletize, and package products for shipping
- Document and store files on the company server using Hilo
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
Key Qualifications
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience, preferably on 2nd shift
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Hilo or similar warehouse management systems
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Experience with palletizing and packaging machinery
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
