Job Summary
Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping keep operations running smoothly? We’re seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll play a key part in warehouse operations by ensuring materials, products, and customer orders are accurately received, stored, and distributed while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, scan, and prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery.
- Inventory Management: Receive, sort, stock, and move materials, tools, and products throughout the warehouse while assisting with inventory counts.
- Warehouse Operations: Read work and shipping orders, complete internal documentation, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
In addition, you will help protect company property, support operational efficiency, and follow all company health and safety guidelines.

- Ability to become forklift certified

- Warehouse Equipment Knowledge: Ability to safely operate hand tools and warehouse equipment.
- Organization & Inventory Control: Strong organizational skills with attention to inventory accuracy.
- Efficiency: Ability to work productively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to support teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Safety Awareness: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following company procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry up to 70 pounds
- Ability to safely mount and dismount from the back of a truck
- Manual dexterity to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment
- Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to become forklift certified
