Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Warehouse/FL Associate to join our team in Plymouth, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us efficiently manage the receiving, shipping, and storage of high-quality products used in the automotive, electronics, infrastructure, and medical industries.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse/FL Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
- Forklift Operation: Use forklifts to put away products and assist in stock rotation (FIFO), maintaining safe and organized warehouse space.
- Order Picking and Pulling: Efficiently pick and pull customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Loading and Unloading Trucks/Containers: Safely and accurately receive and ship goods, ensuring all materials are properly handled and recorded.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role
- Experience with forklift operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical to ensure proper order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other associates and support the Logistics Supervisor in day-to-day operations.
- Time Management: Ability to stay productive and maintain focus during slower periods while completing all tasks in a timely manner.
