What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
Order picking and receiving: Accurately pick, receive, and verify materials and finished goods.
Forklift operation and material flow: Safely operate forklift equipment to support production and shipment processes.
Shipping/Receiving support and inventory control: Load/unload trucks, perform cycle counts, and complete timely, accurate inventory transactions.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain equipment, support GMP and safety standards, meet efficiency goals, and communicate effectively with your team.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
- Ability to pass a vision test including: visual acuity (corrected vision of at least 20/40), peripheral, and depth perception
- Must complete forklift certification upon hire
- Basic math, computer, and mechanical skills
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Proven ability to work independently
Physical Requirements:
- Medium Work (frequently lift 11–30 lbs); Very Heavy Work (occasionally lift over 50 lbs)
- Bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, twisting
- Standing for long periods of time
- Reading, writing, calculating
- Use of computers and standard warehouse equipment
- Must pass visual acuity test
Skills:
- Attention to detail: To ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Time management: To meet departmental efficiency and shipping goals.
- Forklift proficiency: To safely move materials throughout the facility.
