Job Summary
Are you an experienced warehouse leader ready to oversee operations, staff, and quality control? We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Troy, MI facility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety, while guiding staff, monitoring shipments, and maintaining accurate reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating production reports and summaries by gathering all necessary information.
- Participating in production meetings to discuss material flow and personnel challenges.
- Ensuring warehouse staff complete tasks efficiently and follow operational guidelines.
- Ordering and managing warehouse supplies while staying within budget.
- Overseeing all parts documented with quality issues, both internal and external.
- Monitoring shipments, audits, and packing processes to maintain top quality and efficiency.
- Coordinating with outside vendors to track parts and resolve issues.
- Assisting with sorting, packaging, and re-sorting quality issue parts.
- Loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Operating and maintaining Hi-Lo equipment safely and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience required
- Strong experience in inventory, shipping, and quality management
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (Hi-Lo)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
