Job Summary
Are you looking for an opportunity with a growing company that values its employees and offers long-term stability? We're seeking a
Warehouse Specialist
to join a family-owned company experiencing tremendous growth, including the expansion into a new warehouse facility.
In this role, you'll be responsible for quality testing automotive components, palletizing finished products, supporting inventory activities, and assisting with warehouse operations in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a
Warehouse Specialist
, your core responsibilities will include:
Product Inspection & Testing
Unpack boxes of automotive products such as rotors and other components weighing up to 25 lbs., place them into testing fixtures, and perform quality inspections using established procedures.
Data Entry & Documentation
Utilize a laptop to run quality tests, record readings, and maintain accurate documentation of inspection results.
Packaging & Material Handling
Repack inspected products, build pallets, prepare shipments, and move materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
In addition, you will assist with inventory counts, maintain an organized work area, and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with a laptop.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Skills
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify quality concerns and accurately record inspection data.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating basic software and entering information into a laptop.
- Organization: Ability to maintain accurate inventory and keep work areas organized.
- Dependability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and commitment to producing quality work.
Shift & Work Environment
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Fridays: Currently required based on production demands
- Environment: Temperature-controlled warehouse
- Culture: Family-owned company with a friendly, supportive team
- Growth: Rapidly expanding operation with a new warehouse opening soon
