Are you a hands-o
n leader with strong organizational skills and experience in warehouse operations? We’re seeking a
Warehouse Supervisor
to oversee daily production flow, guide warehouse staff, and ensure high-quality standards are consistently met. In this role, you’ll coordinate reporting, manage supplies, assist with sorting and shipping, and support efficiency throughout the facility.
What You'll Be Doing
As a
Warehouse Supervisor,
your responsibilities will include:
- Creating daily production reports and summaries, including gathering all necessary data.
- Participating in production meetings to discuss material flow, staffing needs, and operational issues.
- Ensuring warehouse staff complete assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and according to established guidelines.
- Ordering warehouse supplies while staying within the set budget.
- Managing all parts documented with internal or external quality issues.
- Monitoring shipments, audits, and packing processes to ensure high quality and efficiency.
- Contacting outside vendors as needed to track parts.
- Assisting in sorting, packaging, and re-sorting of quality issue parts.
- Loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Operating and maintaining a stand-up hi-lo safely and effectively.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to operate a stand-up hi-lo
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience coordinating warehouse workflow
