Pay:  Up to $35/hr

Job Summary

Are you an experienced logistics professional with strong leadership skills? We are seeking a Dock 10 Supervisor to oversee inbound receiving, outbound shipping, urgent parts conveyance, and Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) operations supporting prototype vehicle builds. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, accurate, and timely material movement while maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting production schedules.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Dock 10 Supervisor, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Leading inbound receiving and outbound shipping operations at Dock 10/11.
  • Managing vehicle loading, VCDB/VIN verification, carrier scheduling, and documenting all material movements.
  • Coordinating urgent parts conveyance to support prototype vehicle build schedules.
  • Serving as the designated Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) responsible party.
  • Ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company Hazmat regulations.
  • Managing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and coordinating spill response procedures when necessary.
  • Enforcing TSMS safety standards and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Training team members on standardized work (JIS) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitoring daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supervising logistics, warehouse, receiving/shipping, or dock operations in a manufacturing or prototype/R&D environment preferred.
  • Experience with Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) regulations and compliance preferred.
  • Forklift/HiLo experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  • Ability to coordinate carrier scheduling and transportation logistics.
  • Experience training employees on standardized work (JIS).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials as required.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and powered industrial vehicles.
  • Must follow all PPE requirements and company safety procedures.
