Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
- Navigate and use Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Organize and manage files using folder and file structures within the OS
- Rename systems following standard naming conventions
- Support basic tasks within Windows Mobile, Apple iOS, and Android operating systems
- Assist with the use and basic administration of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Learn and use endpoint management tools under supervision
- Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware issues (e.g., monitors, cables, peripherals)
- Understand and apply basic IT terminology in day-to-day tasks
- Accurately track and record progress on assigned tasks, including:
- Asset tagging equipment
- Scanning items into digital tracking systems
- Marking completed tasks clearly
- Keeping completed devices organized and separate from devices still in progress
Qualifications:
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in computers, mobile devices, and emerging technology
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must know how to use a box cutter
- Must know how to use basic tools
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common mobile operating systems (iOS, Android)
- Willingness to learn IT tools, systems, and processes (training provided)
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
