Warehouse Associate
to join our team in Taylor, MI! In this role, you’ll help prepare and organize floral products that bring smiles to people everywhere. If you’re dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and like being part of something meaningful — this is the place for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a
Warehouse Associate
, your core responsibilities will include:
- Pulling and Organizing Orders:
Retrieve flower boxes from the freezer based on specific orders and keep Bouquet Makers stocked throughout the day.
- Material Handling & Kitting:
Pulling, packing, and organizing orders to keep workflow efficient.
- Chopping Flowers:
Prepare and process floral materials to support production.
- Warehouse Support:
Assist with folding boxes, disposing of packaging materials, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
- Shipping and Receiving:
Help with loading and unloading trucks to keep production moving smoothly.
- General Warehouse Duties:
Support team operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
In addition, you’ll be expected to maintain an organized and efficient work area, ensuring all products are handled with care.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Comfortable working in cold environments (freezer areas)
- Able to lift and throw boxes into tall dumpsters (up to 6 ft.) and stand for the entire shift
- Able to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Available for additional hours/overtime during Valentine’s & Mother’s Day shipping periods

Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Works well with others to keep production flowing and organized.

Shows up ready to work and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Work Schedule
- Monday:
5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (until 3:00 PM if necessary)
- Tuesday:
6:30 AM – 2:00 PM (until 3:00 PM if necessary)
- Wednesday:
5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (until 3:00 PM if necessary)
- Thursday:
7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (until 3:00 PM if necessary)
- Friday:
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (until 3:00 PM if necessary)
- Saturday:
Optional, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
