Workbox Staffing is hiring a Warehouse/Forklift Operator in Hart, MI! What You'll Be Doing
- Safely load and unload products by hand or with a forklift.
- Operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize materials.
- Handle fertilizer and related products for storage and distribution.
- Assist with general warehouse duties to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Prepare materials for shipment and ensure accurate product handling.
- Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment and handling materials.
- Work overtime as needed to meet business needs and seasonal demands.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Ability to safely load, unload, and transport materials.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting and moving products throughout the shift.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
