Location: Fort Wayne, IN  
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a Warehouse Associate / Production Laborer to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you’ll be the Master of Order in a high-volume pool and spa operation, ensuring every part, chemical, and product is exactly where it needs to be so our Service and Delivery teams can operate without delays.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Associate /Production Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Inventory Command: Track stock levels of chemicals, parts, and products, ensuring inventory accuracy and alerting Purchasing before shortages occur..
  • Warehouse Logistics: Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against packing slips, and put materials away immediately while maintaining an organized warehouse.
  • Production & Staging: Execute chlorine production (if applicable) and stage equipment kits to ensure fast, error-free morning load-outs for Service and Delivery teams.
  • Loading/unloading chemical, parts, and products into service vans.
In addition, you will also be expected to safeguard inventory by ensuring no materials leave the building without proper documentation and to take ownership of warehouse cleanliness, organization, and workflow.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
  • Warehouse or inventory experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required - must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Skills:
  • Attention to Detail: Prevents shortages and keeps operations moving smoothly.
  • Organization & Ownership: Takes pride in maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse.
  • Communication Skills: Clearly communicates inventory needs and concerns to leadership.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identifies and resolves issues before they impact service or delivery teams.
