shift Welder/Fabricator, $18.00-$27.50 - Lansing

Preferred Qualifications:
- Understand welding processes.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Capable of passing Receptor Fit test or have an approved air supply weld hood.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and varying environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to weld steel and aluminum and thick metals.
- Weld parts with companies WPS settings and parameters by job.
- You must be able to pass welding certification first standard joint configurations (IE: 1F, 2F, 1G) on various materials with MIG welding at a minimum.
This position is going from
2:30pm-12:30am or 3:30pm-1:30am
Mon-Sun, overtime is mandatory.
You will train on the 1st shift and move to the 2nd shift once training is done.
This is a temporary to full time hire opportunity!
