A local manufacturer specializing in custom fabrication, laser cutting, welding, and tool design is seeking a Welder
to join their growing 2nd Shift team. This role is ideal for someone with welding experience who wants to work in a clean, team-oriented facility while producing high-quality metal products.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Welder, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating welding equipment to assemble and join metal components.
- Applying MIG and TIG welding techniques to meet production specifications.
- Measuring and inspecting welded parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Meeting production quotas in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety procedures.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and quality output.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience operating welding equipment
Skills:
- MIG and TIG welding proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable and team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
