Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team, primarily responsible for TIG welding of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel parts. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, accuracy, and timeliness in the welding area.
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team, primarily responsible for TIG welding of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel parts. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, accuracy, and timeliness in the welding area.
Responsibilities for the Welder:

- Create high-quality welds according to blueprints and weld symbols
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Prepare products for welding by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting steel and aluminum parts
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing wire and gas tanks
- Package and move finished products to designated areas
- Ensure equipment is properly set up and used safely
- Operate forklift, if trained
- Conduct inspections according to RMF standards
- Monitor equipment and request maintenance as needed
- Perform simple repairs and maintenance
Requirements for the Welder:

- 3-5 years of experience with TIG welding preferred
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency with precision measuring devices, such as calipers and micrometers
Work Environment:

- Manufacturing environment with welding operations
- Physical demands include standing, lifting, and wearing safety gear
