Job Summary
Are you looking to build your welding experience in a hands-on manufacturing
environment? We're seeking a Welder to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role,
you'll perform primarily MIG welding and spot welding while helping ensure ?nished parts
meet quality and production standards.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Welder, your core responsibilities will include:
? Perform primarily MIG welding and spot welding on manufactured components.
? Follow work instructions, weld speci?cations, and production requirements.
? Inspect completed welds for quality, consistency, and proper ?t.
? Prepare materials and components for welding as needed.
In addition, you will help maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all required
safety procedures, and assist with other production tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
Quali?cations:
? Some prior welding experience is required, but extensive experience is not
necessary.
? Basic MIG welding experience is preferred.
? Ability to follow work instructions and basic welding speci?cations.
? Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Skills:
? Basic welding and mechanical aptitude.
? Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
? Willingness to learn and improve welding skills.
? Ability to work safely and e ectively as part of a team.
